    @kingvideo4u long distance run twice a day burn more carbs than u take in im 15 and i lost 30 gained 10 back lookin to lose at least twenty but eat 5 set times a day 3 meals and a snack after break fast and a snack after lunch. water will hold you over. eat to close and you’ll go to sleep hungry and it’s ssssoooo easy to just over eat at night so there and 5 meals keeps that metabolism movin weight lifting burns fat too but running is like the only solution

    I have been workin out for a few months now but I only have…I think its a 2-pck or 4, not sure. Thing is that the little fat excess that is left on my lower stomach area won’t let me seen a 6 pack or better yet, an 8 pack! That is why i have been doing cardiovascular exercises, cuz i want to lose that freakin fat. Any advices ppl?

    I do sports like Basketball, Cross Country, and track. I am not really into those sports like Karate or boxing and wrestling. But I’m gonna take up the press ups and crunches and the one minute break one thanks!

    At thirteen I would focus on playing sports or a martial art like boxing or jiu-jitsu. Couple this with pullups, abs crunches, press-ups (do as many as you can, take one minutes rest and repeat) and you will get a good workout, as you get older you should start more intense weightlifting. I would not start a full intensity weightlifting programme until I was at least 15. Eating correctly while playing sports will give a great platform to build on when you are a bit older.

    Wow you know almost everything about Working out and Body building, Bet you have giant muscles, And A few questions, I’m only thirteen I’m not allowed into a gym..(I think its retarded they still think like I’m eleven) What is a bench press? I might know it but if yo ucan describe it to me. Push ups yeah I’ve been doing those. And once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me.

    To build chest muscles the best exercise is definitely the bench press, 3-4 sets with 6-12 reps and 30secs to 90secs rest in between sets couple with push ups and you have a good workout with those two alone. But I really recommend an all body workout if you are not a gym goer at the moment as it definitely gets the best results in the first few months.
