@BodyPerformanceTV ok when i said ‘try lifting an not eating’ i meant eating correctly, come on you and i both know that what you eat is SO SO important, marathon runners, short distant sprinters, power lifter, bodybuilders all have specific diets…why? because its mandatory, people coudlnt run a marathon without carb loading, I hope you see what im saying. Do you have any nutrition qualifications of sports science etc?
BodyPerformanceTV says:
@christophela I’ll quote your comment above, “Try lifting and not eating.” You wrote it and I simply read it!!!!
christophela says:
@BodyPerformanceTV wow you sir have a problem you totally negated what i actually said, where did i say DONT EAT, and as for the sophistication aspect… you were the one who said muscles arent made by eating, how can somebody expect to rebuild muscles after hard workouts without getting the right nutrients and micro/macronutrients? im not condoning the scams of weight gain shakes, but good quality nutrition is ESSENTIAL

@christophela Making stupid analogies about not eating makes you sound even less sophisticated. What if you didn’t breath??? How could you lift and build muscle then??? Give it a break. If you think getting big muscles and becoming stronger is based 80% on eating then you’re as smart as these teenagers who believe the bullshit printed in bodyduilding magazines or the idiot personal trainers running around gyms. .
christophela says:
@BodyPerformanceTV I hope your kidding? muscle ARE made in the kitchen, not flaming here, but the ratio is 80% nutrition 20% workout of course without one the other will ‘fail’ try lifting and not eating, its like trying to start a fire with nothing to burn. you even stated this in your video here. protein comes from the greek meaning ‘of primary importance’

@bonerpopper Your claiming nearly 4 pounds a week… Perhaps you gaine 5 pounds of muscle and the rest fat and water.
DwnNvr says:
@bonerpopper Either your an animal or lying. online qoutes:
“On the Supertraining forum, Anthony Pitruzzello, PhD, came up with a potential achievable range of approximately 1.5 to 5 pounds of additional lean muscle per month, after researching scientific studies.” “However, even if we are dedicated (some may call it obsessed) and diligent about our nutrition, with proper training and recuperation practices, we still would not be able to add more than 1 pound of muscle in a week.” So..
bonerpopper says:
And ive gained 15… lol.
DwnNvr says:
@bonerpopper 4 pounds of muscle is what I’ve gained. That’s good for a months time..
bonerpopper says:
4 pounds in a month isnt that great. I would switch to cytogainer or maybe serious mass…. Ive gained about 15 pounds in the past month.
TheAtomicDon says:
Just eat clean. Your Daily intake of food is MORE than enough protein for your body.
DwnNvr says:
Eating real food is always best, but expensive. Any whey protein is good. I use the $12 one from walmart and have gained 4 pounds so far in a month, which is NOT bad at all.. Message me and I can give you more info.
