@IanALane Well during the other 23 hours im working for about 8-10 labor in a kitchen sweating bigtime moving fast, so its not like im exactly doing nothing being lazy i only eat the greesy foods because i am around it in that enviroment it has nothing to do with being lazy

Excuse me Darrell, Hi ok so I weigh about 210 pounds (Male), Im not exactly obese or unproportionate I am however fairly out of shape. I eat about 1 solid meal a day and its usually junk greasy food (I work in a kitchen). Im very happy about my current weight and only want to turn it into muscle now. I have no equipment yet and about 1 hour to spare everyday.
My question is what area should I start with when it comes to Weightlifting exercises? -Jay

Working your abs means working your abs. I can’t to legs, biceps, shoulders and assume my abs got worked. That is why so many people don’t have great abs. They avoid working them directly.
