    It sounds like you cooked it on heat? that was too high. Use a low-medium heat next time you try it.

    I cooked it? for 20 minutes and then I did the cold water test and it became hard candy :/

    Yeah. You probably didn’t cook it long enough if the consistency was too? sticky to use. Did you use the cold water test? If not, use it the next time you try the recipe. It is a good indicator to know when it is done cooking.

    i tried it, cooked the mixture until it was red,? almost brown. but when i tried it on my skin it became sticky very quick… i used one “load” of the paste about 3-4 times but then i could barely get it off because strated making threads…
    should i cook it longer?
