    This argument is as flawed as your assumption that I’m a medical doctor because I am familiar with anatomy, biomechanic, and exercise physiology,
    or your suggestion I’m fat which is based on your faulty notion that this would in some way invalidate my statements.
    But why let facts get in the way of hero worship.

    It’s because he has absolutely no idea about correct exercise prescription or execution.
    Any leg raise movement will primarily stress the hip flexors and rectus femoris, these place stress on the lumbar spine…avoid them.
    Crunches are all that’s necessary to work the rectus abdominus and obliques effectively.
    This should help.

    here is a quick question. what is your view on the 8 minute abs video. i hear alot about how good it is if your stick with it every other day and things, but i’ve never heard of a great review about it. what is everyone’s thoughts on it?

    @ieotos I’m not Scott, but I may can help you. In the video Scott is going back to the ground all the way with some exercises. That creates some sort of gap between your lower back and the ground. That’s what makes it probably hurt, in my case it was the reason. Avoid it by not going all the way back to the ground with your back. You should go back, but not untill that gap appears. That is also keeping the tension just on the abs, more focused. Also do backexercises to make the back stronger.
