    @Errodiel Hey, this exercise is? called the Vertical Swing, Steve Cotter teaches it in his encyclopedia of KB exercises. You have to use the legs, shoulders and upper back more in this one. Thanks for leaving a comment :)

    Can I ask why you take the? high pull/upright row so high? I’ve never seen it take above roughly shoulder height. Nice work doing 4 rounds with 20kg :-)
