The truth on better protein is divide the grams of protien per serving by the serving size. This is the percent of protein per serving. The higher the better quality.

Amp Creatine contains only 2 grams of creatine because it is a different form and more potent than the monohydrate. Are you sure you worked for GNC? Because you don’t seem to know jack about any of the products.

Well I have been taking Amp. wheybolic extreme 60 for 2 months. I have increased in from 170 to 190 where it took Syntha 6 about 2 months and half just to gain 10 pounds on my bench. Results may vary but there is no loss on buying this you can spread out the full serving because 60 grams of protein at one time is a bit to much if you ask me. And also it taste like a kit kat bar.
