Boost Your Metabolism with Coconut Oil!

www.undergroundwellness.com In a study published in 1996 in the Journal of Lipid Research, animals fed a diet consisting of at least 50 percent MCFAs had significant weight loss. In contrast, a group fed the same diet with the same number of calories, but consisting of 50-percent long-chain fatty acids (LCFAs found in other foods), lost no weight whatsoever. Other studies confirm that MCFAs are oxidized (burned up and used for energy) instead of being stored in the fatty tissue of the body, as are the LCFAs. As a result, you generate more heat to burn calories, kick-starting the body into burning up existing fat stores. Studies with human confirm animal research * A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 1991 found that humans consuming a meal containing 30 grams (2 tablespoons) MCFAs and 8 grams (about 1.5 tablespoons) LCFAs had a significant rise in temperature compared to those who at the same meal containing 38 grams LCFA. This rise in temperature indicates higher metabolic activity caused by better thyroid functioning, revealing how coconut oil helps your thyroid and boosts your metabolism More in the book Eat Fat, Lose Fat by Sally Fallon and Dr. Mary Enig Schedule YOUR consultation with Sean by emailing sean@undergroundwellness.com Please visit our websites! www.undergroundwellness.tv http www.theuwstore.com http www.twitter.com www.facebook.com www.facebook.com

@DundrMifflin It is very easy to make a coconut plantation. Just plant the seedlings and expect to grow up alone. No need to put any fertilizer, any chemical agent against insects etc.. So anywhere in the world where there is coconut trees trees, they are all organic

@EloGrzegorczyk It looks like a paste? Can it be that it is just in its hardened state? Put some in your hands.. does it melt? It could be that it’s just in a solid state because the environment temp is cool enough to keep it solid. Mine stays solid most of the time, but in the summer, it goes liquid because it’s hot out.

I’d like to ask someone here if they know anything about coconut oil? I bought some today and i looked inside and its not watery like the one the guy has in the video, is there any difference? or do i just mix it together to make it mushy? mine kind of looks like paste, should i add water? if anyone could message me back I’d highly appreciate it. Thanks.
