Body buidling\Workout tranformation Bicep and Tricep routine

Here is my bicep and tricep routine. It is what has worked for me and i am not in any way saying that its the best workout. Feel free to give it a try and see how it works for you. This is my day 1 out of 4 which consists of: – Hammer twist curls – Tricep pull backs – Seated curls – Overhead tricep lifts – Ez bar curls – Skull crushers – Tricep bar curls – Tricep bar overhead lifts

    your triceps are fucking huge nice workout,do you do push ups though?i do 500 pushups and 300 dips every day mon-fri and mines are a little like that,but i wanna get them huge so im looking into weights.So do you do push ups or dips?

    Good Job Bro. Just have a question for you. When you got up to 155lbs..you had very well defined arms and chest, but the rest of your body was unproportional, right? Not saying you were small, just your arms were so much bigger than the rest of your body. Aren’t you adding too much time to just your arms for a whole day? If you balance out your body parts better in a week, you’ll see better overall results, in my opinion.

    Hey I like your video’s. I see you use volume training. It seems to work for you. I am a hardgainer so I use a lower volume routine. How tall are you? You look like you would be more than 145lbs. Any other videos of your workouts? You put on muscle fast.

    This guy needs to learn the name’s of exercises before he starts giving people advice.
    Do not take any advice from this guy!!!
    That tricep exercise is called a kickback(partial),or kickback for pussys.
    Check out any of scoobys vids for real,qualified advice.
    Keep your elbows tight to your sides when curling.

    with routine biceps you shouldnt get your arms to the top , because then the biceps are resting. and you have also to do both arms at time because one of them is always resting. it is just for your improval and for better results. i mean it isnt that you dont have great body but it would be probably better with improval.     that second one isn’t working your triceps … that’s like a pullover sort motion which is lats and shoulders. and that standing over tricep extention thing at about 6 minutes is a reverse grip curls, so forearms. I’m not trying to be some know-it-all dickhead on youtube, cos believe me, i really do not. Just trying to add some constructive criticism. . Clearly working something though lol, looking in good shape.

    that triceps workout u do when u hold the dumbell back while standing up is def not good for beginners man lol. If your a biginner you must do it on a bench don’t stand up and do them

    Its not a question of alot to learn, its a question of what ive proven works for me. I mentioned in the video that im not claiming this to be the best routine but one that has given me my past results.
