    The best thing I’ve ever taken for weight loss, was apple cider vinegar. I still eat the same stuff and I dropped 10 pounds taking it directly. The coconut oil doesn’t really help me, but I don’t work out either haha. The fish oil I don’t think its helping. The only thing I know for sure thats helped was the organic apple cider vinegar.

    I find two teaspoons of cinnamon and honey (I put it in water to a boil) before breakfast and before bedtime is having a significant and dramatic effect on my weight lost. It also has many other great health benefits such as lowering blood levels and boosting your immune system to name a few.
