I love the video but I went to the supplement store to try to pick up a few of these. However, they are VERY pricey. If you buy all these are you looking at over $200 a month. WOW. Anything that won’t kill the pocketbook?

The best thing I’ve ever taken for weight loss, was apple cider vinegar. I still eat the same stuff and I dropped 10 pounds taking it directly. The coconut oil doesn’t really help me, but I don’t work out either haha. The fish oil I don’t think its helping. The only thing I know for sure thats helped was the organic apple cider vinegar.
